Namo Narayan Sewa Sansthan operates across eight strategically identified focus areas that address critical developmental gaps. In Education & Literacy, we run 15 learning centers providing free quality education to over 2,000 underprivileged children, with special emphasis on girl child education and digital literacy. Our Child Nutrition Programs combat malnutrition through mid-day meal schemes, vitamin supplementation, and nutrition counseling for mothers, currently serving 5,000 children daily. Under Women Empowerment, we conduct vocational training in tailoring, handicrafts, food processing, and entrepreneurship, having trained 3,500 women who now earn independent livelihoods. Our Healthcare Initiatives include quarterly medical camps offering free consultations, medicines, and diagnostic services, having screened 10,000 individuals in the past year. In Environmental Conservation, we have planted 50,000 trees, created 25 community gardens, and installed rainwater harvesting systems in 100 households. Our Agricultural Development programs introduce organic farming techniques, seed banks, and farmer cooperatives to ensure food security. Senior Citizen Welfare programs provide healthcare support, social engagement activities, and financial assistance to elderly individuals living alone. Finally, our Disaster Relief & Rehabilitation efforts provide immediate assistance during natural calamities and long-term rehabilitation support. Pankaj Sharma, the visionary founder of Namo Narayan Sewa Sansthan, embodies the spirit of compassionate leadership and social responsibility. Born and raised in Delhi, Pankaj witnessed firsthand the disparities that plague our society – children begging at traffic signals instead of attending school, families struggling for one meal a day, and communities trapped in cycles of poverty. These experiences ignited in him an unshakeable resolve to create systemic change. Before founding Namo Narayan Sewa Sansthan in 2017, Pankaj accumulated extensive experience in community development, working with various grassroots organizations. His academic background in Social Work, combined with his field experience, equipped him with both theoretical knowledge and practical insights into developmental challenges. Pankaj believes that true development happens when communities are empowered to solve their own problems. His leadership philosophy centers on transparency, community participation, and sustainable interventions. Under his stewardship, the organization has grown from serving a single village to impacting hundreds of communities across multiple states. Pankaj personally visits project sites regularly, interacts with beneficiaries, and ensures that programs remain responsive to ground realities.
